Jessie J
Jessica Ellen Cornish, known as Jessie J (Essex, 27 March 1988) is a singer and songwriter. She signed to Island Records and the American Lava Records, with distribution by Universal Music Group.
Jessie was born in London, and acted on stage in the West End production of Whistle Down the Wind. She suffered heart problems and stroke. He began composing music at age 18 and signed to Sony ATV, and also co-wrote the song Party in the USA, Miley Cyrus, with producer Dr. Luke. He also wrote for Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, and Chris Brown. Jessie also debuted VEVO Lift, designed to show the backstage tour and interviews of young artists.
Jessie released her first single "Do It Like a Dude," on November 21, 2010, the United Kingdom. The single was released this clip on your site Vevo, in its first week and got 1 and a half million views on YouTube, beating a record of views in the first week of a British artist that starts with the letter J. Send "Price Tag", was promoted by Jessie on Later Live with Jools Holland on November 9, and was soon announced that he would be the second single from her album. The single was the rapper BoB, and released in February 2011. "Price Tag" reached # 1 on UK Singles Chart and "Do It Like a Dude 'reached # 7 in the top 10 at the same time. "Casualty of Love" was announced as the third single.
On December 6, 2010, the BBC announced that Jessie J has been nominated for BBC Sound of 2011 ". The result will be released in January 2011. On December 15, 2010, was released the result of the prize "Critics Choice", the BRIT Awards, which won the Jessie J - the same will be delivered on February 15, 2011.
